About Baylor Construction

My name is Baylor Johnson, and construction has been a part of my life since graduating high school. I began my career working directly in the trades, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep respect for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

 

Over time, I moved into project management roles with established construction companies in Palos Verdes and Orange County, where I oversaw residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish. Those years gave me valuable experience coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that every project met the expectations of the homeowner.

 

After years in the field and managing projects, I founded Baylor Construction with the goal of providing homeowners with a contractor they can trust — someone who values clear communication, quality work, and a smooth construction experience.

 

We believe construction should be organized, transparent, and built on trust.

 

We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly throughout the project, and stand behind the quality of our work.

Our goal is to make the construction process straightforward and stress-free for homeowners.

Every project is treated with the same level of care and professionalism we would expect in our own home.

 

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father to a wonderful wife and son. When I’m not on a job site, you’ll often find me working out or playing basketball.
